A Four Star knife is so comfortable despite of its size. An 8" chef is perfect one big knife, will cut large food with control that is ergonomic.
Comfortable, balanced size will quickly become the go-to knife for everyday tasks. This knife will is perfect for cutting meat, fruits and even vegetables. A delicate big piece of fruits like Cantaloupe or watermelon will be manageable for this knife.
It's the most easiest to sharpen for its special formula high carbon stainless steel, easy to sharpened either stone or machine.

One of the top-selling knives! This knife celebrated 45 years a few years back and still remains one of the top-sellers. German steel, made in Germany, sharp and retains sharpness due to the propritary ice-hardening process. I personally like the feel of this knife in my hand and find that it stays firmly in my hand without slipping.

Great all around knife!

I ablsolutly love this knife. The handle fits perfectly in my hand and I love how it is rounded at the edges to give a very comfortable feeling while I'm cutting. The length of the blade makes it easy to cut through things like butternut squash. If I could only have one knife, this would be the one!

I love the handle on this knife. I know that some are heavier and look more traditional with the 3 rivets in the handle, but honestly this one feels so much smoother and seasier to hold. Maybe because My hands a on the small side or maybe just having the rounder corners, i think this is the perfect knife for me. It cuts so much better than any other brands Ive had over the years. I hear these are made to last a lifetime, thats good cuz I wont ever buy another brand!

Lightweight German Knife

This lightweight German knife handles just about all my kitchen needs. I can use it all day long and be fatigue free. It has excellent edge retention; I have had no chipping on my edge at all! It is also super sharp.

Essential knife to have in a kitchen. Very light, performs task great giving you complete control. Resin handle makes for worry free in dishwasher.
