[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this, a relative thought I might not find this 8” chef as comfortable as my go-to favs- the 6” chef and 7” santuko.
I’m pleased to report that’s not the case.
In fact, I might actually prefer it -though might be the novelty. My standbys are about 25 years old!
I’d love to try them all.

I bought my first one 15 years ago and still have it. Just bought this second one, and it has the same beautiful weight, ergonomic styling, and superior blade. I've tried many others over the years, but nothing comes close to this knife.
