Lightweight and comfortable feel in the hands. Like the idea that the handle is made with repurposed plastic but does make for a cheaper look and feel. Can be placed in the dishwasher but hand washing is recommended. I’ve been grabbing for and enjoying my new knife.

I was surprised at how comfortable and balanced the hold of this knife is! The blade is sharp, which makes my cutting so much faster, easier and more precise.
I am so happy with this 8" Chef Knife that I use it all the time now. It's the best knife in my kitchen!

Receiving this knife made me realize how valuable a good knife is for cooking. It makes meal prep so much easier and fun. No more squished tomatoes with juice squirting everywhere! Trimming chicken is a breeze. Just be careful, as this is super sharp! I’ll be purchasing a few more knives in the near future to add to my collection.

This is really a great knife! My husband is our cook and he is raving about it's size, shape and sharpness. His only complaint is that the handle is a bit short.
