The knife feels high quality and is wonderfully sharp. It makes cooking prep a little more fun. I was surprised this high quality knife did not come with a protective sheath so it doesn't get dinged in the drawer. Also, the handle is plain black plastic-feeling and is smooth, which can get slippery when your hands are wet. It would be nice if the handle had more of a matte finish. I like the angled blade-handle transition so food doesn't get caught at the connection.

Great Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you have a good knife that has a great blade to help you cut through all your vegetables and meats or whatever you need to cut, it's just fabulous and the chef knife will just be a great addition to my other knifes.

The best knife we've ever owned

This was our first purchase of a quality chefs knife for my wife and I and the difference in quality is stark. Cutting is smooth, sharpening is easy, and our only issue is how often we have to wash it due to not wanting to use any other knife!
