Receiving this knife made me realize how valuable a good knife is for cooking. It makes meal prep so much easier and fun. No more squished tomatoes with juice squirting everywhere! Trimming chicken is a breeze. Just be careful, as this is super sharp! I’ll be purchasing a few more knives in the near future to add to my collection.

This is really a great knife! My husband is our cook and he is raving about it's size, shape and sharpness. His only complaint is that the handle is a bit short.
