[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the knife was very large, it was well balanced and sharp. I was able to mince garlic easily as well as chop parsley.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love this knife! I may actually retire the only straight edged knife that I have ever used, the 40 year old “multi purpose” knife that I got when I worked for UAL preparing first class fruit plates in 12/1986. It’s not quite the same but when I find something that I like, it’s the only one that I use for everything except paring. Handles smoothly, comfortable grip, only very minor complaint: I wish that it had come with a sheath.
