I finally retired the one that I have used almost daily since 1985. It has been the most comfortable durable knife that I have ever used and I am looking forward to another 35 years with my new Chefs knife

I got this for Christmas and absolutely love it! I’ve been wanting a nice chef’s knife for awhile now. This one fits nicely in my hand and makes cooking that much more enjoyable.

It's a workhorse. I love the weight. Not too heavy, not too light. The handle has a little heft to it so my fingers don't get fatigued. The softer grip doesn't slip when my hands are wet. The blade holds an edge forever. What more could a professional or a home cook want?

This is a great go-to knife! Everyone should make this Four Star Chef's a part of their knife collection. It is perfectly weighted and balanced and is so comfortable to use for any period of time.

Four Star cutlery assortment has stood the test of time. Forged knife made in Germany with a molded handle. This 8 inch chef knife has a nice weight and long lasting edge retention.

This knife feels comfortable in my hand and is very sharp. I use it for most of my knife tasks and I use it everyday. Life time warranty, good price, great knife.
