[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has such a nice feel and weight to it. It feels like an extension of my hand and it does not get uncomfortable to hold. The knife keeps a nice sharp edge and cuts through all my produce with ease. I felt that it gave me better cuts than I am used to. I have used this knife for a few weeks and hope to keep using it for many years!
