Super sharp. I own a set of twin signature knives by Zwilling and they are great. This one is feels even sharper and more durable, while being noticeably lighter

Absolutely beautiful knife with incredible cutting ability. Feels great in my hand and makes amazingly smooth cuts. It's incredibly balanced and feels very sturdy.
