Cuts well and feels balanced but unsure of the longevity of this knife. Th handle feels hollow and light.

8-inch chef knife is very nice, but it sure would have been nice to have a sheath or cover for it. I have reached in the drawer twice and cut myself on it.

This knife feels like an extension of my hand. I was once told by a Chef I worked with that if your knife doesn’t feel like it’s a part of you, you haven’t found your knife yet. This one most definitely feels like it’s part of me. It is the perfect weight, fits perfectly in my hand, cuts with precision and accuracy. I’m very pleased with this knife and I highly recommend it.
