I’ve had nice knives in the past, including Cutco and other high end brands, but this knife was my favorite yet! It effortlessly sliced though my tomato while keeping the delicate juices and seeds in tact. The handle is comfortable and feels stable in my hands. It is SHARP and gets the job done for sure. 10/10 recommend!

What I like: the heft, the effortless slicing, the ease of cleanup (quick wash and dry), and the feel and look of this knife. It’s the perfect size and weight. I reach for this knife every time and don’t know how I cooked without it.
