Terrific knife, perfect weight and length

This knife is fabulous. The weight is ideal--heavy enough to feel substantial, and able to cut whatever I need easily, but also lightweight enough that it doesn't tire your hand when you chop a lot of things. Excellent craftsmanship.

The Zwilling chef knife really leads up reputation for quality. The blade is incredibly sharp and handles everything from chopping vegetables to slicing meat with ease. It is sturdy and well balanced, and I would definitely recommend purchasing this knife.

I have only had the knife for a week but it has a nice weight to it. A great handle and works incredibly well. All in all it is a very sharp and nice chefs knife

Prep was never so easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife slices through vegetables and chicken so quickly and precisely. Barely had to use any pressure at all. I thought I had good knives until I used this one. I didn’t know how easy prep could be. I’m not dreading prepping dinner now. I give it top rating.

Best knife I own

This is the best knives I've ever owned. I received it as a gift as it was noted by the gift givers that I could not keep an edge on my old knife. This knife stays sharp and cuts beautifully. The knife feels nice and comfortable in the hand. I figure this knife will last me a lifetime.

I WAS SKEPTICAL WHEN I ORDERED THIS KNIFE BUT USING IT NOW, IT IS THE BEST KNIFE I have ever owned. It is weighted so well and the knife is so sharp it is a breeze cutting items as I cook. I would recommend this knife if you are in the market for sharp, high quality knives.
