I’m a solo cook, whip up easy meals for myself during the week. This is a nice knife that covers the basics, and handles really well. It’s heavy and sharp and holds an edge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great quaiity to this chefs knife. After years of use the handle started to crack. I contacted customer service and it was covered by the warranty. They sent a new knife. Great product, highly recommend!
