Great quality knife at a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had a set of 4 Star knives for over 30 years. They keep their edge and are comfortable to use. We just added the 8" chef's knife to our collection and love how it chops cleanly. Handle is very comfortable. Think this is equal to more expensive knives. We are home cooks and not professional chefs.

Replaced a broken handle knife
