Well balanced and just the right length

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is very comfortable in my hand and very easy to use. Sharpness is excellent. Cleans up fast with no problems (such as rust or stains). Fastest knife in my knife block!

Makes cutting effortless

I have bought two of these knives as gifts and finally purchased one for myself. I got sick of my mom saying "your knives suck, the ones you bought for me are way better!". Glad I finally made the investment, all love cooking and this knife is a great all purpose knife.
