Great feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cross shopped this knife against the Global G2 and decided on this due to the handle, weight, and balance. It's extremely sharp out of the box, and feels great- just enough heft but balanced enough to easily handle fine slices. I'm glad I went with this knife and would recommend it to others looking to graduate to a proper chef's knife.

WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?

Wow it's sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chefs knives is amazing. I thought my old knife was great but decided to upgrade to this knife and couldn't be more impressed. It easily slices through just about anything you put under it. Just be careful as it also doesn't discriminate against your own skin.
