Amazing multi console headset with one flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] JBL has a nice pair of headphones with the Quantum 360X wireless. At first glance, they appear to be a run of mill headset. They are lightweight compared to other gaming focused sets, and rather plain in appearance. The all black is nice because it doesn't scream "gaming", but it also doesn't stand out as premium looking. The gloss black around the ear cups looks nice out of the box, but quickly acquired finger prints when taking them on and off my skull.
Where the 360X elevates its status is in features. For the price, you're basically getting a gaming headset that can do it all for multiple systems. The included USB type A adapter can plug into the front of the Xbox SX or the rear of a PS5 Pro for quick and easy pairing. I tested with both and had zero issues. It also supports the Nintendo Switch if used in dock mode. I did not try it with the Switch because I do not use that system online. It can also connect to PC and Mac. And lastly it can connect to any bluetooth device like a cell phone for more gaming or music listening. I think all of these feature justify the cost of these cans.
The packaging was minimalist on this product. Basics included the headset, the detachable mic with optional foam cover, the USB wireless dongle, the 2m USB-A to USA-C charging cable, and basic set up instructions.
The comfort is where I would knock down 1 star on these. I found the foam around the ear cups to be a cheaper feeling foam. It is not particularly soft or breathable. My ears were warm fairly quickly into a gaming session. The headband is plastic with foam and enough bend to fit my head no problem. The headband also allows the cups to extend quite a ways over a hat if you wanted. The mic is detachable and the buttons and volume knobs are all tactile and easy to reach and operate while playing. Battery life is quite long and I did not empty them in any of my testing. JBL claims 22 hours of wireless life and I think that is accurate. The length of the charging cable also would allow me to charge and game at the same time. Another nice feature is simultaneous bluetooth and gaming if you take phone calls while gaming.
Performance of these was as expected for any JBL product. The audio from the 40 mm drivers was clear, loud, and packed the right amount of bass to feel impactful. There wasn't anything exceptional in the sound, but also nothing negative about it. The games I played on both Xbox and PS5 sounded equally good on both platforms. I tested the mic online with friends for both systems as well. Everyone reported that I sounded crystal clear, no cut outs or drops, and no delays. I could also hear my online friends equally as well.
Overall this is a great headset. I would recommend it to anyone looking for one headset to use on multiple gaming systems and even their phone. The mic is easy to detach so you won't look like a nerd if you wanted to wear these outside for tunes. I think the price is fair for the amount of features. The only things holding them back is the comfort of the ear cups. This is subjective and you may find them comfortable. I just feel like they went cheap on the cup material for an otherwise perfect set.

The perfect Quantum 360X

Great mid-range headset

It fills the sweet spot of being wireless, but not heavy or bulky, which means I can wear it for hours on end without getting uncomfortable. It's versatile enough to be used as a gaming headset and my work headset when I work from home. The audio is what you expect from JBL and the voice quality for video calls is excellent. It pairs well with bluetooth, however for heavy duty video calls or streaming, the included JBL dongle works better and it pairs seamlessly with it.

Solid quality and good lossless audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the JBL Quantum 360X Wireless headset mostly for work—lots of meetings and training sessions—and it’s been pretty solid overall. The sound quality is great, especially when using lossless audio. You can really hear the difference, which is nice.
Comfort-wise, it’s good for about two hours, but after that it starts to feel a bit tight around my head and ears. Most headsets feel that way to me though. Not unbearable, but definitely noticeable. The mic works well for calls and virtual meetings, though I wouldn’t use it for anything like professional audio recording.

One thing that bugs me slightly is the dongle—it flashes constantly, even when I’m not using the headset. It’s a small thing, but kind of distracting. A piece of black tape solves that.
On the plus side, the battery life is awesome. I only need to charge it once a week, which is super convenient.
I do wish it came with a travel case, but I get that this tier of headset usually doesn’t. Still, it would’ve been a nice touch.
All in all, it’s a dependable headset with great audio and battery life, just a few quirks to be aware of. For the money, it works out beautifully.

SUPER comfortable and excellent sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE these headphones. First of all, they are EXTREMELY comfortable. Seriously I don’t know how they did it. They fit so perfectly and feel good wearing them for extended periods. They also block out so much outside noise, they’re perfect for wearing when there’s other things going on. And the microphone easily attaches and detached for when you need it. The sound quality is superb, but that I have come to expect. All in all I highly recommend.

They were super easy to get connected, and what mattered greatly for us was how comfortable they were even with wearing glasses! The ear pads were soft and made such a difference!

I use these headphones for listening to music and my kids use it to play their Xbox games and they tell me that the sound is very clear, and the microphone is very nice and they love the padding on the end cause it makes it look professional. My dislike is low on the scale, but I do not like the build of these headphones. The lightweight plastic really makes it feel cheaply made, even if it's not. I'm nervous about dropping them on accident cause the plastic might crack open. They do feel great on my head and on my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well made and comfortable enough to wear for hours. The speakers are clear and dynamic with enough bass to listen to music, but not boomy or muddy. The finish quality is very good. I especially like the headband adjustability. The ear cushions are good quality and do a great job of keeping our ambient noises. The wireless connection is solid and has decent range.
