Typical WD quality and materials...easy to set up, does everything I need it to do. Comes with all of the cables, instructions and documentation that one needs to get up and running fast. WD gave me a great price and as always, shipping was free and fast! WD is always the way to go your storage needs!

This one was DOA. The disk didn't permit me to save a file to it or to format it. Fortunately the return process is fairly painless.

Drive is fast and works flawlessly.
I am using this to replace a smaller drive connected to my TV. The drive contains my TV and Movie Collection.
It did take a while to copy the 4 tb to the drive from my old drive, but that may of been my PC.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Its good drive, but slower and more shaky as compared the my old 2014 model WD My Passport. Which is faster in showing image thumbnails in a folder over 10000 images in a single folder. This. drive makes a little noise and little shaky as well.
