Not keeping your promise

I was granted a 14 day free trial for this wireless doorbell camera and it was great at first, then no more notifications or videos after the 4th day. Highly doubt that I will be purchasing a plan when you can hold up to a 14 day free trial period.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Kimberly, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We noticed that you have already contacted our customer support team, however, the representative was unable to complete the troubleshooting steps with you because you are not currently at the doorbell's location. Once you return to the location, please try to power cycle the doorbell by flipping the breaker switch that powers it to the "OFF" position. Wait for 10 full seconds. Flip the breaker switch back to the "ON" position. Additionally, sign out of the Roku Smart Home app and then sign back in. Make sure that both the app and the device are updated. If the issue persists, please contact us at https://support.roku.com/contactus for further assistance. We hope this helps. Roku Customer Advocate

I’m glad I purchased my wireless doorbell camera because it has been my eyes outside of my door!!! I never knew what happens once I get home and behind locked doors! Exciting to see so much movement at night time.. I only wish the camera had a ‘ revolving 360. ‘ button to capture shady people avoiding the camera and placing their hands over the camera!!!

Got doorbell. I could understand the instructions , get it up and working, recharge. Tough doorbell my dog knocked it down a few times no problem. easy in face with my iPhone Great Pictures!
I would recommend this to a friend!
