Missing instructions

I only received "Quick Start" instructions in the box, but no complete written ones. Using the QR Code, I followed all the instructions, except for one. The instructions about the tiny security screw at the bottom. I did search the internet, and I did find the following, "Using the included T8 screwdriver, drive and tighten the security screw into the bottom of your video doorbell to keep it in place." After trying this for 15 minutes, I gave up. There is NO WAY you can 'drive' this screw into anything!! It just keeps rotating! Your Technical Writers evidently did not try to assemble this product while writing about it! So, I have the completed unit working, but without this 'security screw' attached! Now what?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
