This is a great product!
The battery life is longer than the competition.
The clarity is better than the competition.
Basically everything about this doorbell is better than the competitors.
Easy setup and installation.
Had my unit up and running is less than 15 minutes.
Highly recommend!

Better than expected

I have had this system for about 2 months now, I enjoy the peace of mind knowing I have this. I am impressed more with the light and motion camera than the doorbell. The camera on the doorbell doesnt have good enough resolution to actually see clearly what is being detected, especially at night.

Hi Randy, we love hearing from you. We want to share helpful tips. If you haven't already, please ensure that both the Roku Smart Home app and the doorbell's firmware are up to date. If it's not providing a clear picture at night, it likely means the night vision feature isn't working correctly. Check if Night vision mode is in ‘Auto" or "On." You can follow this article on how to do it: https://support.roku.com/article/7875563441175#section-1. Try to reposition your doorbell. Enable the white light LED if your doorbell is in an extremely dark location under the night vision option on the app. Once it’s on “Auto” or “On” mode, toggle the White Light LED to on. Additionally, make sure that the doorbell has a stable internet connection as it contributes good quality images and videos. After trying 2 other big brand cameras and not being able to get them to set up right. I tried the roku and it was so easy and it worked the first time I set it up. The battery has been good so far!
