I started chef school when I was 19 and I'm 69 now so I've used a lot of pans over the years. I have a couple of J.A. Henckels and whereas they're good pans this Zwilling is the best pan I've ever owned.
My 3 children grew up cooking in the home, 2 still love it. I know I'll get many years of delightful cooking out of it. An eventual heirloom?

Very Smooth Non Stick Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been looking for a high quality non stick pan after only using carbon steel and cast iron. I wanted something quick and easy to use and I found my pan. This is quite heavy and very sturdy for a 10" non stick pan. Compared to other non stick pans, I believe this one will hold up for a pretty long time. Love the handle too.
