i have used all clad for last 25 years and was in market for new non-stick fry pans. bought zwilling motion 8,10 and 12" and could not be happier! simply the best I have ever used.

This Motion anodized aluminum fry pan is great for breakfast foods including eggs, omelettes, frittatas, potatoes, bacon, sausage and more! The 10-inch is the perfect size and not too big to move or pick up. The stay cook handle really works well and it is easy breezy clean-up when finished.

Great Design

This is such a hard working fry pan that can take the heat and keep on providing great non stick.
It is very thick aluminum so it heats up quickly. The non-stick surface is a true work horse; high heat and the dishwasher haven't changed the way it cooks or its appearance. The handle is long and comfortable and is designed to stay cool. It remains my go-to egg pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First this is my second Z pan. I like them bc they do an excellent job frying, searing, and EGGS! I will start one dish on the stove top then pop it in the oven to finish while tending to another dish on the stove. Also it’s very well balanced on my gas range a real Intangible plus.

This is our version of the very popular hard anodized non-stick fry pan, a design that has become a standard in every household. Our pans are awesome. Their non-stick coating is durable and chip-resistant (please follow manufacturer's instructions). The anodized aluminum pan takes up heat and distributes it evenly in the pan so cooking is consistent and even.
Lighter than the multi-layer 'clad' pans, this is a popular line.

Browns Chicken Breasts

Finally a non stick pan that browns chicken breasts. My old non stick left my chicken breast with absolutely no color, and very unappetizing! Love the way this pan works on the cook top and that I can put it in the oven to grill vegetables and other foods that need a higher temperature to perfect,
The pan is lightweight, and is designed with a V in the handle so that the handle doesn't get hot when cooking on the stove top. It is also the perfect size for making dinner for just my husband and I. This pan is everything I need and want in a pan.

Amazing nonstick. I can't believe how well it performs. It looks as good as when it arrived. It washes so well. In fact it's so nonstick it looks clean when you are finished using it.
