I had a gigabyte b550 aorus pro that I soft bricked, my own fault.. so I needed a replacement board, and this board was priced right and had alot of the features I was looking for, from a brand I trust and at a fair price. It's been working great and easy to tweak, and configure. The uefi is easy to navigate, and the rgb is a nice touch.

The motherboard performs really good and built with really good quality, but after using mines since 2023 it started to give me problems like constant crashes and vga light but hopefully when I get a new one I don’t run into that problem again.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you started experiencing system crashes with the motherboard after more than two years of usage. ASUS is an ISO certified company, and as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, and are built to last at least 5 years. System crash can either be a hardware or software related issue. With the hardware, this can be a RAM, Hardrive, CPU and the motherboard itself. We recommend that you check if all your hardware are still working properly. Regarding the software, ensure Windows, drivers, applications, games and BIOS are up to date. It took months to figure out my Asus B450 F Motherboard stopped functioning. So I saw the B550-F on sale for as less as when I bought the B450 F back in January 2020. Nice to have built in WiFi and Bios flash.
