WORST NOISE CANCELLING HEADPHONE

If you are purchasing this headphone just for the noice cancellation you will regret it. I am a student and the main reason for my purchase was its noice cancellation. And for a $500 headphone I didn’t expect to get lower noise cancellation than my $100 soundcore headphone. I returned it immediately the next day. Again if your only reason is noice cancelling then DON’T BUY IT!! It is extremely overhyped and for that price it is not worth it.

This headphone is perfect, in terms of sound quality, noise-canceling technology, touch mechanism and adjustability on the head. I think it is rare experience

Phenomenal headphones

I purchased these just over a month ago ans have been listening with them every day. They sound absolutely incredible, for someone who wears glasses, these are not tight at all and I had them on for long period of time without any issues. I did not have XM 4s so I can't comment how much better these are. I had Bose Quitecomfort ear buds before, but they were old now and I needed an upgrade.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice and comfortable headphones with great sound quality.
I can wear them for hours without discomfort.

Top support of headphones is very bad. It pains your head a lot. Can wear it for more than 1 hr.

Quality is good. Voice calls without wired connection are poor. Can't hear my voice. Difficult to use for meeting.
Good just for listening music for sometime.

Hinge Issues

Don't consider these or the XM6 as it's only a matter of time before the hinge breaks.
I wouldn't even get these on sale until this problem has been resolved.

The headphones are comfortable and the ANC is good. There are some connectivity issues where the ANC/transparency modes don't function but can easily be resolved by turning them off and on again or repairing the headphones, not a big deal.
The XM5 is good but it's hard to justify the price on these or recommend them if they just end up breaking and becoming unusable. There are replacement parts available (often pretty pricy themselves) but the hinge issues are so rampant and clearly a design flaw.

Excellent headphones, mainly because I am hard of hearing and the sound without my hearing aids is clear while being enough for me to hear well. If you are hard of hearing, voices are not exceptionally clear, however that may only be my ears, as I have trouble hearing words.
Recommend for clarity and volume.
