Perfect!

I needed a white matte vent hood to match my white matte Cafe stove. I wouldn't call this vent hood "matte" (seems more like a gloss to me) but the color works with my stove and the style of the hood looks great. The hood itself works amazing, I love it. I've only had to run it on level 3 or lower - it's very powerful. I think it's quiet for a hood vent, much quieter than others I've had in the past. I'm very happy with this vent! Definitely recommend!!!
Regarding the installation, my brother (a contractor) was able to install by himself - but it did take him all day. Actually he installed it twice because the first time it was making a high pitched squeal. He was able to fix the sound by adding a foam gasket to the back of the vent and resealing the cover. We used the vent on the top of the unit, but air was somehow passing through the back of the unit. The foam gasket fixed the squeal.

BEST KITCHEN RANGE HOOD ON THE MARKET

We had to change our old under cabinet range hood and after several days of reflexion we ended of choice to pick up the UC-PS18-30 Model and we are so happy of our choice.
The 6X speed fan is very strong for different kind of cooking , the 2x Halogen bulb lights are strong and offer super quality lightning. We are extremely happy of our purchase and will definitely check for other quality products from HAUSLANE.

Excellent Range Hood!!

I bought Hauslane range hood replacing my microwave range hood. Products works as described. Suction is good and no odor in the house when cooking. We cook most Indian/Asian dishes which generate smoke and when this range hood is turned ON, its all clean air. I am happy with the product so far and recommend others too.

Few recommendations to the company to further.
1. Change mounting design to ease mounting screws especially rear screws.
2. Reduce a fan sound even lower than it has currently to have more silent air experience while cooking.

Amazing exhaust hood! Best purchase in a long time

Incredible range exhaust fan. I never would have believed that this fan was capable of doing exactly what was promised. Its a rate event anymore to have a product perform and this fan does. The lights are bright but easy on the eyes and I can see what I'm cooking. The digital display is perfect and super easy to use. Now that I can compare a this exhaust hood to a typical big box store purchase I am blown away. Did I mention that my house doesnt smell like dinner in the morning? Its actually clears the odors within an hour. Quiet too. The napkin test is real...it will suck a napkin and keep it against the vents even on the lowest speed. Worth every bit of my hard earned money!

Affordable, and great quality

Good price, powerful suction and good adaptability for different kitchen spaces. I wish there were some smart connection features, but for the price it's fine without. I'm really pleased with how it keeps smoke and steam under control while cooking!
