Good Buy Good Quality Excellent Customer Service

Does the job, Touch pad controls, sounds as expected and reasonable for the CFM, sucks good, easy to clean and Customer Service is excellent. Weights about 40 lbs. Comes with all output adapters (3.25" x 10" and 6" Round) and blanks. Has booth rear and top discharge. Bought this to replace my existing one. Can plug into outlet or hard wire. 6 Speeds.

An excellent purchase

I spent considerable time looking at Range Hoods and reviews before purchasing this model. I wanted something very quiet and vibration free, and reasonably priced. This was the one. The day it was delivered our handyman was over here working on other things. We installed it in about 2 hours. 15 minutes to get the Hood in place, the rest of the time cutting a hole in the cabinet above and a hole through the wall to exhaust the system. We turned it on high. No vibration, and very low noise from the fans. We are happy campers and glad we chose this model.

Good product with really nice price

Base on the price, the product is actually very good. It's very powerful. The noise level is ok. And I like the design. However, it's only one month after I installed the range hood and one of the bulb is already broken. I tried to contact the seller and see if I can get a replacement of the bulb and no one answered the phone. I've called several times so far, tried the extension to two locations (San Francisco and Los Angeles). But still I'm getting no response. The customer service was really bad.Updates:Calvin from customer service contacted me in email promptly afterwards and explained about their phone system change. He send me a replacement part which works great.

What a beautiful hood

Good performance and sleek design

Very happy with the Hauslane 36" range hood- installed about 3 months ago.We chose this design since we needed the rectangular 10 " wide rear extraction port ( replacing an old Kenmore fan also with a rear exit). Instructions were good ( updated compared with some of the older reviews and were straightforward to follow) . Unit was well packed and shipped with all the different connection hardware required for different options. the unit is well made, though the sheet metal for the exhaust flaps on the 10" slot is very thin making them quite flimsy. Also moved the electrical feedthrough from top of the unit to back ( 1/2 " knockout available) to allow connection with existing supplythe unit is heavy so a second pair of hand at the install is really required.

Great Hood!

Does a great job. Very powerful. Looks great. High setting a bit noisy but boy does it pull air! When compared to our old hood it?? still quieter on high than our old one on low. We have cleaned it once and it was easier than the old one we had. Keep in mind it?? very heavy when installing. There are two fans and motors so have a strong helper nearby when lifting it. We drilled two extra holes to mount it securely with bolts. Good instructions came with it. Very satisfied.

It was easy to install, looks great, noisy on the highest speed but has great suction . First one came in damage had to wait for the second one, overall satisfied And would order again
