I love my new hood. It’s ultra quiet even on the highest fan speed. I grilled steaks on the stove and didn’t have a kitchen full of smoke. Great product for the price. I highly recommend!!

Solid Hood

I’m very happy with my Hauslane range hood. It looks sleek, was easy to install, and does a great job pulling smoke, steam, and odors out of the kitchen. The fan speeds and lighting are practical and easy to use.
It does get a bit loud on the highest setting, and the finish shows fingerprints, but those are minor issues. Overall, it’s a solid, stylish range hood that performs well for the price

Great Fan

I wanted to replace the white kitchen rang hoodwith a stainless steel one. In doing research for a range hood Hausland website came up. In doing research I was i I’m I I'm impressed with their products. I decided on the UC-PS18. It arrived with no problems and my husband installed it with very little help. I love it! It looks great in my kitchen and is quiet on lower levels but very powerful on higher levels. Plus the easiest to clean. just throw it all in the dishwasher. If you’re in the market for a new range hood take a look at Hauslane, you won’t be sorry.

Round vs rectangle attachments

I followed the procedure outline for installation with no vent attachment installed. Suction was very good. I have a rectangle vent line attachment so I installed that accessory. Installed the vent hood.
I was very disappointed that the suction with rectangle vent was not even half the round vent attachment. When I get some help again I will have to put the hood back off and install the round vent attachment and change my vent line attachment to round. Everything else is fine. Vent hood to stove top measurement is per instructions.

Great Unit, Still Running Strong After 5 Years

I've owned this for about 5 years, a huge improvement over my past "other brand" unit. After 5 years it is still running great. In the event you overcook something this thing can move a ton of air, but I find the day-to-day ability to remove normal cooking smells, smoke, etc. while operating at the low settings to be the real reason we love this thing. We prepare 95% of our own meals, so this fan is used multiple times on a daily basis.

This range hood is not only beautiful but has several different fan settings which is very convenient and greatly reduces food smells as compared to my above range microwave. The light is great, and you can change it out, though I liked the one it came with. It has a clock which is also convenient. Very happy with purchase, though it's only been a few months.
