First of all, this is the fastest delivery of any home appliance I ever purchased. The online discount, purchasing experience was much more easier than any other sites. The installation was straight forward and simple. The online tutorial and instructions are really helpful. It was time we got a new hood and this one fitted the bill very nicely. The installer did not find any problems when installing and it seems to be much quieter than our old one.

Very functional, contemporary design blends well with kitchen cabinets and appliances and it vents well. Installation was very difficult. Pay very close attention to the hole size required for the plug. The plug on my unit would not fit the 1" hole called out in the install procedure.
