We absolutely love this exhaust fan. It arrived with out the tape so my husband called the help line number given. My husband was so blown away by the excellent service the company and their concern for their product !!! The gentleman was so apologetic to the issue and that the part would be delayed a bit because of the Presidents??Day holiday. We couldn?? be more happier with this exhaust fan. It is so quiet, runs extremely well, and easy to take alert to clean !!! Soooooo glad we chose this fan. Easy to install by the way. Needed just a little help on both sides to install- that?? all !!! ???

Good value, annoying clock

The range hood is a good value but has a couple quirks. The touch screen is a little finicky but the biggest annoyance is the clock loses about 2 minutes a week. No clock would be better I wish there was a way to turn it off

Seldom do I take the time to write a review, but in this case, it was warranted. The range arrived in solid shape, is made of very high-quality materials, and has amazing suction. What really impressed however was the customer service from Calvin. The touch pad was a bit finicky and I tried calling over a Sunday immediately after the installation. I did not leave a message. Yet, Calvin saw that I had called and left me a message to reach out to him. I did (again, on a Sunday) and he promised a technician to arrive in 2 days to replace the control board. Woah??alk about service! I wish these guys made other appliances as well. A very happy, and pleasantly surprised customer.

So far, so good. Install was quick, you'll need a long extension driver for your cordless drill. Two fan motors doesn't leave a lot of space. I'd like to slap the idiot engineer that put the power cord so close to the mounting hole in the back. I read a lot of complaints about the noise... This is a high cfm fan what do you expect? The fan is not that loud at the two lowest speeds, I rarely use it above the 3rd. Hold onto your hat if you turn it up all the way, great suction! Nice finish, can't do much better for the price. This was a replacement for a zephyr typhoon. The zephyr was twice the price and was having problems after four years.

Top Quality Construction & Materials, but Installation Challenges

I would recommend buying this product.I've only had it installed for a few weeks, but it's performance and lighting are great so far.Pros -1. Top quality construction and stainless steel.2. Easy to remove and install filter panels.3. Lights under hood are very bright and light up the cooking surface very well.4. Noise level at high fan setting isn't real loud.Cons -1. The installation was somewhat of a challenge. The four screws that hold the hood in place had to be installed prior to putting the hood in place. This required some detailed measuring so the screws were in just the right location when installing the hood. After accomplishing that task which required moving the screws several times, it is almost impossible to tighten the screws. There isn't a straight shot to the screw heads. Very frustrating. Additionally, I had to move the electrical wire exit point where it came out the top of the hood. The wire exited the top right where the hood should be able to mount flush with the cabinet. I had to drill a hole near the center of the hood near the exhaust vent pipe for the electrical supply wire to exit. This allowed for flush mounting the hood.

Not easy to install, but not as powerful as i thought, i used to have a 300cfm kitchen aid gallery series meaner than this one and powerfull motor lasted 22yrs and felt more powerfull than this one, but does the job, dont even know if u need to install it in a slope or leveled either. Its leveled now but i hope the grease travels to its pan. And not sit in the rails
