This took a while to arrive due to Covid but it was worth waiting. The finish is really nice and the suction is powerful. Our over the range 400 CFM microwave oven could not remove the odors and smoke from cooking especially the front burners. The is good purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Hood!

We purchased the ps-18 around 3 months ago and have been very pleased with it's performance. We needed to replace our microhood, which was terrible, so I was happy when the microwave finally stopped working. The suction is great, and the light is nice and bright. Now our house does not smell like food for days. The stainless steel look is very nice and professional looking. We haven't washed the baffle filter yet, but am not worried about it. It is a challenge to install, so make sure you have a couple of strong people to help you! I love the automatic timer turn off. Highly recommend!

Hood is mostly fine

Hood looks nice. Easy to clean. Not as efficient at keeping my smoke alarm from going off as I had hoped. My main complaint is the controls. I have to really press the flat panel very firmly and sometimes a couple of times to turn the fan on and I have never been able to set the clock. The staff has been very nice and helpful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful motor and gets the job done . Touch control buttons could be larger . Fan somewhat loud in medium to high settings .

Best exhaust fan in our life ever!

Now the only time there is smoke in the house is when we forget to close the fireplace damper during forest fire season. It pulls smoke down the chimney from outside if we turn it up past medium. Now we won't be able to have the fan on high during the winter either, it'll just drag all the smoke back in!

It looks really good too and was a great compliment/addition to our kitchen.
I do like the fact that you can set the fan to turn off with the timer this way you can walk away anet will shut off on its own after the amount of time you've entered.
The only thing that I would ask them to improve in the future is to actually have a timer function (For timing food etc.) built into the clock that's on the unit.
It looks really good too and was a great compliment/addition to our kitchen.

I purchased this mainly because it fit the previous opening exactly. The Stainless was an added benefit, it matched the cooktop. I liked the removable filters that are dishwasher safe. The fans speeds work great and the built in light is great too. The clock lacks the ability to keep time well, it sucks for accuracy. It looses several minutes in a weeks time and is the only downfall for this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
