Love Love my Hood and Exhuast Fan, from Mr. Hauslane

I put a small commercial kitchen in the basement. Had low ceilings, took the hood (Chimney part to a shop to have cut down. I absolutley love this exhaust fan.

Great looking product. The chimney for the hood comes with two pieces and easily works for 9 foot ceilings. We have to use it as a recirculating unit so we also ordered the charcoal filter. It doesn?? fit tight to the fan intake but does sit on the rails above the stainless steel filter grate. Don?? know if it works well like that but it is in.

Can?? find grease & odor filters

I bought this to use as ductless range hood in my newly remodeled kitchen. I have not been able to find grease & odor filters to fit it. When my city inspector came it didn?? pass the inspection b/c the inside, where the electrical cord is located, is greasy and it?? a fire hazard. I was instructed by the city inspector to instal a 90 degree metal duct.I was trying to avoid making a whole in my kitchen wall ???

Strong blower

This range hood is so elegant. My wife loved it SOOO MUCH. The black glass panel creates a nice contrast against my white cabinets. The single blower is very strong and it took out all smoke and smell for us.

My wife bought this hood for our new kitchen. I was skeptical about the hood since it is a bit more expensive than the others but it didn't let us down. The package was very strong, and the hood was well-built. My wife and I are very happy with this purchase and would recommend to people who are looking for a strong and stylish range hood.

Great but what?!

Great hood, wall anchors are the worst- without the ridge there’s nothing to keep them from popping through whatever hole you drill AND it’s true, only military time on the clock. Odd things to be off on and otherwise great product.

Much louder than 8 sones

Just finished the install on this model and unless there's s something that we did wrong with the install, even on the lowest speed this unit is well past 70 decibels which is about what 8 sones equals. Certainly open to suggestions as to how to get the noise level lower. Other than that, I really like this unit, the filters, and especially the GU10 lights which is a must! Plus the lights are just the right brightness which I really love.
