We have only had this up for a couple days, but I’m so pleased! Our Xtreme air one had such poor lighting over the cooktop and it was a relief that the electronics gave out and we replaced it. This unit lights up our cooktop beautifully! It works quietly and effectively! I am truly thrilled.

Holds up to chinese cooking household

Had contractors install this when renovating my kitchen. I have it vent outside through my roof. I was looking for reasonably priced range hood that can also handle high temp Chinese cooking. So far it's held up and smoke doesn't get throughout my open concept style kitchen/living room

Very pleased! Came well packaged and safeguarded against scratches. Installation directions adequate; a mounting template would be handy. I installed it alone and I am a 64 year old woman with no prior range hood installation experience (nor am I Hercules). Features are awesome. Love that the baffles are sturdy & dishwasher safe. My favorite thing- replaceable light bulbs. Beautiful in newly remodeled kitchen.

i bought this chimney because the chimney i had installed had issue with wifi board
but suddenly they got the wifi board shipped to me and i received it the day i was to replace.
I PAID HIGH PRICE FOR THE WIFI ONLY rest all Features of HAUSLANE ARE THE SAME
MOST IMPORTANT THE SALES TEAMS ARE VERY HELPFULL AND COURTOUUS
FEELING BAD DID NOT INSTALL
WILL RECOMEND IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BY CHIMNEY

Much louder than 8 sones

Just finished the install on this model and unless there's s something that we did wrong with the install, even on the lowest speed this unit is well past 70 decibels which is about what 8 sones equals. Certainly open to suggestions as to how to get the noise level lower. Other than that, I really like this unit, the filters, and especially the GU10 lights which is a must! Plus the lights are just the right brightness which I really love.
I would recommend this to a friend!
