It was easy to set up, but every time we went to use it. I had to push the paper forward cause if said it was out of paper. Eventually, nothing worked, the power button wouldn't turn on or off and the quality when it did work wasn't good. I am an HP fan so I was super disappointed on this printer. I hope it was just a lemon of one
I had problems installing the HP Officejet Pro 8139e printer. After finally getting installed, the Scan to computer wouldn’t work. Made sure I had the right drivers. Didn’t help. Finally was able to get scan option to work. Then when printing, the paper would be kicked back, so every time I started a new print, I would have to open paper tray and slide paper forward. Tried getting support, but was unable to do so. Have fitted wooden block behind paper to keep paper in place. Other than that, it prints one sided and duplex o.k. Color is good.
Takes 3-5 minutes to warm up before you can print anything. Feeder printing sometimes stalls and just shows processing until you cancel the job and start again. Would not recommend this printer.
okay but could stand to be updated in certain aspects.

This all in one printer is overall pretty good but has some flaws. I have yet to be able to get multiple pages to scan properly. The little plastic bit that keeps your printed pages from falling onto the ground is super flimsy and annoying. I routinely have to put some label pages in the drawer which means pushing that shelf in, having it stick, putting in my label then remembering to pull out the shelf again. I'm pretty sure it's going to break one of these days. We have yet to experience the ink on demand.
