This particular model is great for the price. The caveat to it being excellent is the tiny screen, the screen touch sensitivity, and the menu layout. Not that it’s terrible, but it takes some getting accustomed to. Otherwise, the setup is relatively simple, just be sure to step through the instructions. Our hp9010 print-head wore itself out in less than five years under light duty and the scanner feed stopped functioning. Our hope is that the 8135 will be more durable. So far—good.
This is a great product, but I'm finding it challenging to learn how to do much more than print. I had to hire an IT tech to install it and help me through a few things that I'll probably. need to go over again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This an all-in-one printer can print, scan, copy, and fax documents. It's super easy to use and fast while still being very quiet. The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e is a good option for your home or even a small office. It's also relatively compact and lightweight, making it easy to fit on a desk or shelf. It comes with 3 months of ink also!
Bigger than my old Envy, bulkier with rough edges. Much slower to take the Print command than the older machine. I liked that the Envy only had 2 ink cartridges to change. Now we have 4.
