The cartridges arrived on time: the package included free postage envelops to recycle old cartridges. Problem was that the envelops were too small to fit recyclable cartridges.

I bought a new cartridge for my HP laserMFP281fw printer. When I installed the cartridge it did not work. There was no ink being discharged. I was printing reports for my school and there was no black ink. I put back the old cartridge that still had a small amount of ink and printed a test page. It worked. I have to print reports for my school and the defective cartridge was a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
