This review is for the prior black cartridge that stopped working, even though it was still 1/2 full. HP forced to buy this new cartridge because my current/broken one, was over 12mos old.
Who cares how old it is? I purchased 3 color cartridges at the same time as the old black one and HP could see that from my order history - the 3 color cartridges are doing just fine. I'm a home user, so I don't go through ink at a rapid pace, why should I be penalized for an HP mechanical failure!

The ink cartridges are what I have to buy to run my HP Laser printer. They are a good product but are ridiculously expensive. For the first time in years and years of using this ink cartridge, having an
issue with the chip. The ink flows but the printer message is its low on ink. Did all the printer resets and troubleshooting. Nothing works to eliminate the message. Very annoying.
