It’s a shame this error keeps popping up. First, I can guide you to confirm the authenticity of the cartridge. Visit www.hp.com/anticounterfeit/ and enter the cartridge information. Once we have shown the cartridge is authentic, then the next step is figuring out why the chip will not read. Go to www.support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ to contact support.
This is the OM product that performs well. HP apparently creates issues of adaptation for secondary providers which you won’t experience with this, just a deadly expensive choice. Worth it to us for our low volume home use.
