Well I have now purchased 4-brand new toners, and put them all in properly according to HP instructions, and all the “toner”levels show empty, and nothing I do works! Highly disappointed, because each time I use my HP inkjet copy, scan, fax, etc I have a pop up that tells me “your toner level is low or empty!”
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am truly sorry that the toners didn't work well. I'm assuming you did try turning it off, unplugging it and letting it reinitialize before checking the toner level.

I am not satisfied with this Desktop PC, AT ALL. I found the expense of installing programs, transferring data, and connecting to other devises extremely difficult. And I am still having problems connecting to my HP wireless Printer to scan. All my other HP produts have worked very well in the past. I have to give this one a thumbs down.
I bought this a few months ago and it uses a lot of ink, but I am very happy with output quality. I do wish it were possible to scan both sides of a document using this printer and the HP smart app.
