[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought one of HPs color laser printer about a year ago. I wanted a laser printer cause we don’t do a lot of printing and ink jets dry up if not used often. Toner cartridges cost more than ink, but I can let my printer sit for weeks or months without printing and it will print with no problem after sitting that long. HP also has some of the best software around. Great user interface.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased three color and black in the fsll( this is a work computer so I keep news ones when I change them. The pink was printing solid pink on every page. Ordered a new one and it is the calm. How do I return?

I am sorry that the you are having a problem, but it looks like typos scrabbled your review a little. I think you want to return a leaking cartridge, but not the black one you are reviewing.
In this case, perhaps you should contact HP Store Customer Service to report this. The laserjet cartridges have no limit on the return time, as long as it was not tampered with (like refilling) and not low: store.hp.com/us/en/cv/customerservice
