[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this printer for nearly a year now, and even though it's in the exact same room as my router/modem, and there are no obstructions between them, it is unable to connect daily. It's such a pain in the rear! I've called the customer support line half a dozen times, followed all their instructions while on the phone, and can get it to work for day or two. Then it always goes back to having to unplug the machine, hold the power button for 30 seconds so it drains all power, and replug it in again to see if there's a network connection. I've had to do this more than 50 times, and I'm just plain tired of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have learned to stick with HP toner as it's the best quality for my hp laser printer. I have bought cheaper priced toner in the past but found out that the quality was bad with blotchy print and had to replace toner cartridge sooner than normal.
