I've purchased several replacement cartridges and all have worked great.. Disapointed in delivery time on this last one as it has not yet arrived, tracking says tomorrow.
Toner has been in the printer for maybe 400 prints - already saying toner low. Definitely not even close to 1400 yield let alone 1000.

My apologies for this happening to you. The estimates of pages printed are based on standards set for the industry. How a cartridge will perform in your own printer will vary according to several variables, including the surrounding environment.
Toner usage usually determines how long a cartridge lasts, unless it was damaged or defective. High-density prints (such as images and graphs) will run the cartridge out faster.
Here are some things that might help you get savings: - Most people have found that the X version of the cartridges are a much better value, if your printer can use them. - Make use of the printer's draft mode whenever possible, to help stretch out the toner

Everything went well, from ordering, to receiving and installing! I was impressed with the quality of the products and the ease with which they could be installed. The cost was high, but the value will undoubtedly prove to be worth it!
