My HP printer reads that it is not Genuine HP product. I have always used Genuine HP products without ever having a problem. This is only my 3rd time replacing toners in this gently used home printer. I had 4 at my work & liked HP, so bought this for home. Black toners are not reading as HP.

I purchased this item because it was HP to go with my HP printer. Now the print won’t accept saying it’s missing the required HP chip.

I own a HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281FDW
I thought if I bought the HP original replacement toner cartridge for my unit
it would be a plug and play purchase, NOPE!! not only does my printer not
recognize the new cartridge. I updated the firmware and software, tried unplugging for 30 min
to clear the memory and cleaned the contacts still does not recognize new cartridge.
