Great desk mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desk mat is great! At first I was not sure about it but as I have started using it I love it! My favorite feature is that it is basically a giant mousepad. When it’s on my desk I can place my mouse anywhere and it works great. I also really like when I write on it. It is slightly soft under the paper and provides a nice feel as well as my writing looks neat. I love the look of this mat on my desk as well it makes my desk looks clean and organized.

Simple and functional desk mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple no-slip desk mat that works great with mouse. Neutral brown color smooth feeling already feels like I've had it for ages. Would recommend for a medium sized desk - a bit too big for my very small space.

Not impressed with this desk mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking for a desk mat I’d look for something high quality that looked nice in texture and color was easy to write on and looked minimalistic in my space. However I was not impressed with this desk mat. It has a very inexpensive look to it so it doesn’t elevate the space. It is very padded so it feels like it was built for more comfort than functionality as the squishiness makes it difficult to write on. Additionally it has a strong smell that is not dissipating. It is also a little large for my preference. I will say that it is indeed anti-slip - it stays in place and doesn’t slide around. It is also helpful to organize a space. Pros: -A helpful way to organize my things -It stays in place and doesn’t slide around -It feels soft to the touch Cons: -I don’t like the color or texture - it looks cheap to me. It is clearly fake leather however I would prefer it had a more upscale look and feel -It has an off-putting chemical smell to it that hasn’t completely gone away even after having it out -The size is a little too large for my preference. I am a little more of a minimalist and am a little overwhelmed by the large size. -Difficult to write on due to how soft and squishy it is Overall I was not impressed with the quality of this desk mat and probably would not recommend it to others.

Attractive and great quality mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Staples Brown Faux Leather Desk Mat from the Stellar Product Testing Panel to review and I have been pleasantly surprised by both the look and quality of this mat. It’s soft and comfortable thick enough for protection of the surface below and stays put on the desk surface. My only “con” is that the color didn’t blend as well as I’d hope. Would love to see this with a blend of browns to give it a higher end look and to blend more seamlessly against natural wood.

Great mat and addition to my desk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mat is a great addition to my work from home setup! The large size of it allows me to keep everything that I work with from my laptop keyboard and mouse to my notes organized and gives my desk a clean effortless look. The texture and feel of the mat is nice - it is smooth while also having a slight grip to it so items stay put. The brown color is a bit lighter than I was expecting but still looks sharp against my desk. Overall I really like it and can see myself using it for a long time! The only thing I don't care for about the mat is that it had a strong chemical odor when it arrived. It took about 3 days for the smell to go away and now I don't notice it.

A desk upgrade you didnt know you needed

It’s so big it covers a most of my desk and does a great job protecting the wood from scratches and spills. It has room for a laptop a mouse and pretty much ALL of my desktop accessories. The material feels smooth doesn’t slide around and adds a stylish touch. I really like the brown faux leather. It’s practical (easy to clean) and looks great which is a win-win. If you’re looking to upgrade your office space this mat is it!

Nice smooth desk mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and smooth texture of the vegan leather surface of this desk mat were great. My mouse worked perfectly directly on its surface and I had plenty of space to freely move it around. The size was large enough to cover my desk with keyboard and mouse on top without being in the way of my speakers or monitors. I did set my warm coffee mug on the mat and it slightly changed colors. Not a major issue for me but keep that in mind if that would bother you. Overall I definitely recommend this mat and will use it daily.
