What a difference this has made for me. Instead of looking down at my computer screen all day it is eye level now. It makes such a difference on my neck shoulders and back. My eyes are not straining down - I am looking straight ahead. My posture sitting in my office chair all day is better. Who would have thought that something this simple could make such a big difference.

One of the better stands I've seen out there. Use it at my office with a 21" monitor. I bought a second one for the home office with a 25" monitor.
