Dimensions on the box: 4"H, 14.65"W, 11"D.
Actual dimensions: 4"H, 14.5"W, 9"D. It's the 9"D that is the biggest problem. The circular stand of my desktop barely fits. Otherwise, it's OK.

Needed a stand for a small tv placed over a old VCR/DVD player. This stand is strong, sleek and ventilated to place over the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well to save desk space. Monitor on top and my 13 inch laptop sits underneath.
