My future physical therapist daughter saw me typing and said that my neck was totally in the wrong position. Evidently studies show that eyes should be level with screen. We got the riser and voila! She is happy and so am I.

We are actually using this to raise our tv above the cable box. It is a perfect height for the tv and gives plenty of ventilation for the cable box. We love it. It's actually the second one that we have purchased.

This riser looks great on the desk. More professional than phone books!!! It serves 2 purposes. One it puts the monitor at eye level. Second it creates great storage under the unit. It gives the whole desk a more neat and efficient appearance.

This monitor stand comfortably holds our HP OfficeJet printer. We now bend down 5.5 inches less as the printer was previously on the floor
