Solid monitor stand

This was built with good material. It's sturdy and perfectly stable. I have no fear my monitor will tilt or fall. I do wish the height was a little bit lower but that's not a defect. It's probably an acceptable height level for most people. It also does not slide because of the small rubber material beneath the stand that protects the desk from scratches as well as keep the monitor from sliding. Also the space beneath the monitor can be used to store paper files or whatever you can fit underneath which allows you to make more use of your desk space.

Useful for laptops

Bought this to hold an external monitor connected to a laptop. It works for my environment well but it does have a large footprint there is a smaller version if space is tight.

Good product

This beats a multi-hundred dollar monitor arm! My only complaint is that it's a little shaky it would be nicer if it were more solid. Still after a couple of weeks of use it does exactly what I wanted - move the monitor up to a satisfactory height - and provides room underneath for storage. I'm glad I got it.

For some reason the description on this product indicates that it is usable with monitors up to 21 inches. I have it happily seated under a 27 inch monitor with no ill effects
