We purchased two and both had the same issue. The top of the stand (the metal shelf) bows in the middle meaning the monitor will shimmy and tilt rather than standing flush/ solidly. You can use it by placing the monitor all the way at the back or all the way at the front but seems ill-designed for its only job.

we bought two and both work for our home computer systems. They are great for LCD monitors. The height is enough to store an ergonomic keyboard when not in use. Definitely recommend.

Looks attractive very well made reasonable price. I use the stand for my laptop it enables me to have an eye level view as well as able to use desk space under it. I even carry it to the living room when typing and watching TV (like now).

We purchased the Staples Large Steel Monitor Riser by Allsop and it is exactly what we were looking for. It is a great product of good craftmanship and very sturdy. We looked at similar products at different stores but the Large Steel Monitor Riser by Allsop looked the best for our needs.

Allsop Metal Art stand - great organizer

Purchased the Allsop Metal Art Monitor stand for use at work. This stand works quite well as our remodeled office workstations have less desktop space than the previous workstations. It is strong enough to hold a 19 inch Optiquest monitor. The space underneath accommodates my Lenovo T400 Laptop and docking station. There is also enough room to stow the keyboard when needed to allow use of the desk area directly in front of the stand. Overall a very worthwhile purchase!
