Product is fine but whenever I need to pick it up and move it together with my laptop the underside is sharp - also notice this when trying to set it over my lap when I'm using laptop in other rooms. They could make the underside more rounded.

Just a monitor stand

My concern is the "rockability" of the stand since there are no front legs. I am concerned that my monitor could be knocked off of it although the stand itself is fairly sturdy. But if someone bumps into the front of it your monitor will rock back & forth. Which could be a concern for family users with young children in the household. Although the stand is not adjustable it did raise the monitor to a more comfortable viewing height.

Perfect for use with a port replicator.

When I purchased my new Dell laptop computer I had requested a docking station. My old system came with a built-in monitor riser attached to the replicator. When I got my new system it was only available with the replicator and did not come with a riser. The Staples monitor riser fit perfect above my Dell replicator. Simple and inexpensive solution to my problem.

It didn't move at all. I left it alone for hours on end and it didn't collapse and knock my monitor over or jump off of my desk or anything.
